1、刮板輸送機的特點
刮板輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)機是(shi)一種在(zai)(zai)(zai)封閉(bi)的(de)(de)(de)矩形(xing)斷(duan)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)殼體內(nei),借(jie)助于(yu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)著的(de)(de)(de)刮板鏈(lian)條(tiao)連(lian)續輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)散狀(zhuang)(zhuang)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)設備。刮板輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)機輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)可(ke)以按(an)水平(ping)(ping)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)、傾斜輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)和(he)垂直(zhi)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)不同方式布(bu)置。刮板輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)機在(zai)(zai)(zai)水平(ping)(ping)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)時(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)受刮板鏈(lian)條(tiao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)方向的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)及物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)自(zi)身質(zhi)量的(de)(de)(de)作用,在(zai)(zai)(zai)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)間產生(sheng)(sheng)了(le)(le)內(nei)摩擦(ca)力(li)(li)(li)。該摩擦(ca)力(li)(li)(li)保(bao)證了(le)(le)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)穩定(ding)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態,并克服物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)機槽中(zhong)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)而產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)外摩擦(ca)阻(zu)力(li)(li)(li),使物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)形(xing)成(cheng)連(lian)續整(zheng)體的(de)(de)(de)料(liao)(liao)(liao)流而被輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)垂直(zhi)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)時(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)受到刮板鏈(lian)條(tiao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)方向的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li),在(zai)(zai)(zai)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)中(zhong)產生(sheng)(sheng)了(le)(le)橫向的(de)(de)(de)側面(mian)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li),形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)(le)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)摩擦(ca)力(li)(li)(li);同時(shi),由于(yu)水平(ping)(ping)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)不斷(duan)給料(liao)(liao)(liao),下部物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)相繼(ji)對上部物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)產生(sheng)(sheng)推(tui)移(yi)力(li)(li)(li)。該摩擦(ca)力(li)(li)(li)和(he)推(tui)移(yi)力(li)(li)(li)克服物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)機槽中(zhong)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)而產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)外摩擦(ca)阻(zu)力(li)(li)(li)和(he)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)自(zi)身的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)量,使物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)(le)連(lian)續整(zheng)體的(de)(de)(de)料(liao)(liao)(liao)流而被提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)。刮板輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)(song)機可(ke)用于(yu)粉(fen)塵(chen)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)、小顆粒狀(zhuang)(zhuang)和(he)小塊狀(zhuang)(zhuang)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。
2、刮板輸(shu)送機的選(xuan)型(xing)
刮板輸送機(ji)一般有水平(ping)型(xing)、垂直型(xing)和Z型(xing)三種固定機型(xing)。刮板(ban)輸送機刮板(ban)鏈條速度有0.16m/s、0.20m/s、0.25m/s、0.32m/s4種,速(su)度(du)的(de)(de)選擇和輸(shu)送物料(liao)的(de)(de)性(xing)質、功率消耗、設(she)備的(de)(de)使用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)、工藝要求(qiu)等(deng)(deng)有關,其中(zhong)主要應根據輸(shu)送物料(liao)的(de)(de)性(xing)質來確定(ding)。對(dui)于流動性(xing)較好且懸浮(fu)性(xing)較大(如磷礦粉、水泥等(deng)(deng))、磨損性(xing)較大的(de)(de)物料(liao)(如焦(jiao)粉、石英砂等(deng)(deng)),建議選取低的(de)(de)刮板鏈條速(su)度(du)(<0.05m/s)。刮板機輸送(song)效(xiao)率,對于(yu)懸浮性比(bi)較大的(de),流動性比(bi)較好(hao)的(de)(如(ru)磷(lin)礦粉(fen)、水泥等),黏附性、壓結性比(bi)較大的(de)物料(如(ru)陶土、碳酸氫銨等)應取小值;一般(ban)物料(如(ru)碎煤(mei)、活性炭、爐渣等)可(ke)取中間(jian)值。
鏈條(tiao)及刮板的選擇 刮板輸送機所有的主要零部件,均按各種機型刮板、鏈條(tiao)的許用載荷(he),在速度v=0.16m/s的條(tiao)件下進行(xing)設計的。如選用速度v<0.16m/s時,則應對主(zhu)要(yao)零部件(jian)的(de)(de)強度(du)及剛度(du)進行驗算。刮(gua)板(ban)鏈條(tiao)是(shi)由不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)刮(gua)板(ban)和不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)鏈條(tiao)焊接(jie)而(er)組(zu)成的(de)(de),是(shi)刮(gua)板(ban)輸送機(ji)的(de)(de)承載牽引構件(jian)。鏈條(tiao)材質為45號鋼和(he)45Mn2號鋼(gang);許用負荷15-50Kn。
3、刮板輸(shu)送機(ji)的布置
刮板輸送機一般(ban)單機布置(zhi):SMS型刮(gua)板(ban)輸送機可水(shui)平或小傾(qing)斜布置,傾(qing)角(jiao)0°≤a≤15°。單臺設備長度不得大于60m;CMS型刮板輸(shu)送機(ji)可垂直或大傾斜布置,傾角60°≤a≤90°。單臺(tai)設備(bei)的(de)輸(shu)送長度不得大于30m;ZMS型刮板輸送機只可以水平垂(chui)直布置(zhi),單臺設備(bei)輸送高度不(bu)大于20m;上(shang)水平部分(fen)總長度(du)不大于30m。當所需輸(shu)(shu)送(song)長度(du)或(huo)(huo)高度(du)超出(chu)上述單(dan)臺設(she)備時(shi),或(huo)(huo)為滿(man)足(zu)某一流水(shui)線(xian)的要求時(shi),可用(yong)各(ge)種(zhong)相(xiang)同(tong)型(xing)號或(huo)(huo)不(bu)同(tong)型(xing)號的埋刮板(ban)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)串接(jie),組合成特(te)種(zhong)布置(zhi)(zhi)形式(shi)以滿(man)足(zu)布置(zhi)(zhi)的需要。刮板(ban)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)可以設(she)中間(jian)卸料(liao)口,并允許在水(shui)平中間(jian)段和過濾段上任意位置(zhi)(zhi)布置(zhi)(zhi),以滿(man)足(zu)多點卸料(liao)的布置(zhi)(zhi)要求。刮板(ban)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)的頭部(bu)(bu)出(chu)軸(zhou)均有左、右裝兩種(zhong)型(xing)式(shi)(站(zhan)在輸(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)尾部(bu)(bu),沿著輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方(fang)向看,出(chu)軸(zhou)在左側為左裝,出(chu)軸(zhou)在右側為右裝)。
4、刮板(ban)輸送(song)機通用設計(ji)驅動裝置(zhi)
確定刮板輸送機的機型、刮板鏈條速(su)度(du)后(hou),即可按計算功率(lv)選取所需的電動機、減速(su)器(qi)、柱銷聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)、聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)護罩、驅動裝(zhuang)置(zhi)架及大小傳動鏈輪。
按工藝布(bu)置(zhi)的(de)要求,驅(qu)動(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)分為(wei)右裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和左裝(zhuang)(zhuang)兩種裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配型(xing)式,減速(su)(su)器均(jun)(jun)采用(yong)單(dan)出(chu)軸(zhou)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配型(xing)式;由于驅(qu)動(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)末級為(wei)開式鏈傳動(dong),故減速(su)(su)器低速(su)(su)軸(zhou)均(jun)(jun)采用(yong)圓柱形軸(zhou)端。
驅(qu)動(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)由電動(dong)機(ji)(ji)以柱銷聯(lian)軸(zhou)器與(yu)(yu)減速器直聯(lian),減速器低速軸(zhou)以開式鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)與(yu)(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)頭輪軸(zhou)相接。由于適應驅(qu)動(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)與(yu)(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)相對(dui)(dui)位置(zhi)多變的(de)(de)要求,對(dui)(dui)開式鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)中心距(ju)未做具(ju)體安排。驅(qu)動(dong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)與(yu)(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)相對(dui)(dui)位置(zhi)選擇時應注意(yi):應以傳(chuan)(chuan)遞扭矩使(shi)(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)(ji)頭輪軸(zhou)承座受壓,盡(jin)量(liang)避免使(shi)(shi)軸(zhou)承座上(shang)蓋處于受拉(la)狀態;要使(shi)(shi)開式傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)鏈條與(yu)(yu)鏈輪齒不產生干擾(rao),確(que)保正常嚙合和(he)脫鏈。
